I have been a fan of Kingston flash drives and memory cards for a while. This one is another good product.

This Class 10 SD card is fast and worked right out of the box with my video camera and Windows and Mac. It is pre-formatted as FAT32, and I was able to transfers files to my computer faster than with my old Class 6 card.

If your video camera supports the ExFAT file system format, you should reformat the card in that format to allow you to shoot/store video files larger than 4 GB.

this kind of item of this make is one of the best I know and always I try to use this make when I need any external device to my computer.

I tested this card against one of my SanDisk Extreme 16gb cards, which is rated at 45MB/second download. I copied 8 GB of raw files from my hard drive onto the card and timed both the upload and a download to a new folder on my desk top. The Kingston card is rated at up to 60MB/second speed and that\'s not quite the ratio I measured. The Kingston card took 37% longer to upload files to than my SanDisk and about 30% longer for downloads. This is on a 2011 13in MacBook Pro. All in all it\'s a respectable speed, but slower than the SanDisk.

In the real world, I never had my Nikon D600 slow down its shooting with either stills or video. I don\'t use burst mode though I do often click a dozen single shots off as quickly as I can while shooting theater. So for most uses this card is fast enough for my camera and downloads in a reasonable time.

I\'ve had good luck with Kingston cards in the past and expect this card to work. I don\'t buy cheaper brands as I\'ve had several cards fail on me.

I don\'t really have the expertise to comment about how this works against other cards. I own a Sandisk and a Fuji card and this is my first foray into Kingston and to tell you the truth if I wasn\'t obligated to write a review I probably would not have jotted down a few lines.

I used it for HD video for a recording session for my son who is a musician and I can report the quality was good if not better than the other two cards I own. The price is right for the memory given and I apologize in advance for such a shoddy review. If you can get this on sale at a price better than the others you will be happy.

This card is very fast, it exceeds my expectations when it comes to speed, it\'s faster than my Sandisk EXTREME. It averages 60MB/s read and 45MB/s write, better than I thought it would work! Definitely looking forward to buying an other of these for use in my dSLR.
